PittPharmacy_Lingjue Li_0188Lingjue Li, a graduate student in the clinical pharmaceutical scientists program at the School of Pharmacy, has recently received a young investigator travel bursary from the program committee of The XXVIIth International Symposium on Cerebral Blood Flow, Metabolism and Function & XIIth International Conference. The conference will be held  on June 27-30, 2015, in Vancouver, Canada. Li’s abstract titled Alterations of the Cerebral Microvascular Circulation after Asphyxial Cardiac Arrest in Developing Rats will be presented as a poster at the conference.

The International Society of Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism (ISCBFM) promotes research in cerebral blood flow, cerebral metabolism, and cerebral function in physiological and pathophysiological states. Interests of members of the Society range from the molecular and genomic mechanism of ischemia through clinical investigations of cerebral blood flow and metabolism.
